I was really hoping that I would like this product and would love it if it were made better. The first order arrived and I noticed that the box was completely destroyed. Upon opening, I noticed two dark spots on the bottom fabric. There were two holes that looked like they were burned or pinched and torn. I contacted the company just to have the fabric replaced. Instead they told me to return and replace it. So I went back and ordered a replacement. This one came, I set it up and didn't notice anything bad. As I closed it to put it away, I noticed a black piece of plastic on the floor. These were the bottom clamps of the metal rods. There were a few pieces which luckily my 8 month old didn't find. I ended up sending it back and NOT replacing it. The company seems to have some quality issues, and cracked plastic parts are becoming a design issue over time anyway. I am very disappointed in the product and the company.
