Review on Norpro Muffin Rings Set 4 by Becky Burnett

After watching the Japanese hot cake recipe video, I should have received a set. I've always wanted to make English muffins from scratch, but wasn't sure I would use them often enough. And damn it was my turning point. I fill each ring with about 1/4 cup of pancake batter and it comes out perfect. I tried the scrambled eggs but I had to partially cook them first and then put them in the ring. A beautiful egg came out. Haven't tried English cupcakes yet, but I'll be sure to buy another set to make 8 cupcakes at once.
