The customer service is amazing! I have never had any issues with them - even when they are not open for days or weeks at time due to a high volume of orders coming in!! They help you through every step of your campaign launch process so that there isn't anything left behind after an order has been placed by someone else who doesn’t receive support as often (if ever). There really aren't many bad things about this platform. It's easy to use and intuitively makes sense once one takes some training classes offered periodically by the team members themselves.
