This set is very soft and comfy and the navy blue is deep and rich and true navy. I plan to wear these to bed and also under my clothes when it gets cold this winter and fall. The medium set fits me perfectly as a first layer. My body shape is closest to a rectangle. I have some curves but I'm mostly evenly proportioned. I'm 5'7" 134 lbs. . The pants fit me good and snug but not too tight. . and the top as well. If you are super curvy or have a pear or apple shape this set may not fit well. You might want to buy each piece separately. I plan to wash these separately and take care of the beautiful soft fabric and use gentle and pure soap such as ivory snow or a little dr. bronners soap and sometimes I will wash them with some added vinegar and hang to dry. Using harsh detergent and throwing them in the dryer could damaged them. I was happy to find the mens version of these as well. And will buying them for family for the winter! (They will not want to take them off this winter.)
