I found that my laptop's sound drivers were corrupted and when I reinstalled them the headset worked much better than before to say the least. I used to sound like an aquarium. I soon learned that this was not a new headset at all. The sound is actually nice, I was hoping for more bass, but it works great with my glasses and I can't complain about the wearing comfort. Charging the battery was weird at first. I thought the lights never changed color to indicate full charge. At first I left it there while I slept and the color didn't change, but when I plugged it into my computer it showed that it was fully charged. I found it strange, but later when he needed to be recharged. I've seen it turn white after a full charge.
