Complaints are not related to this product. If you're attempting to replace this yourself on an iMac (I have a late 2012 27" drive and it works great), be aware that this is NOT an easy task. Search iFixIt on YouTube and Google and replace your late 2012 SSD blade. 2012 27" iMac. Be persistent and give yourself plenty of time, space, and rest. The drive is located on the back of the main motherboard and You have to remove almost everything before you can access it.Regarding another reviewer's comments on adhesive strips: Don't just stick new strips on.Take the time to go over the edges and completely remove old adhesive and dirt.Use a spatula. I have zero problems with this, in fact I'm worried that if I need to access it again, it will be difficult for me to open it.
