Review on Personalizable Wood Baby Rattle Set: Enhance Sensory Development with Infant-Friendly Wooden Toys by Brittney Shallenberger

First of all, I have to say that this review will not berate the company. My customer experience was excellent and all my concerns were resolved in a timely manner. I write this reluctantly. I bought a small bus set for my 5 month old baby. He liked the rattle that looked like a lollipop the best, and secondly, the rattle with a little bell. He was just beginning to enjoy the little bus until I finally took those toys away from him. Why? because they started falling apart. The lollipop rattle fell apart at one end, causing serious concern. This was after about 3 months of use by my son. I contacted the company and was able to chat with someone who immediately returned the money. I continued to let my son play with other toys while they were still functional. But shortly after the lollipop rattle broke, the little toy bus fell apart too. It was more disturbing because the pieces were smaller. I contacted the company and they assured me that they already offer quality products. I hope it was a one off thing and my set was the only thing that happened with it but I really wanted to give my parents a head start. Make sure you only keep an eye on your child's toys. I will probably continue to buy from this company as overall my experience with them has been pleasant. This rating should not deter buyers. My son loved his toys. It's more of a call for parents, as with ANY TOY, to keep an eye on them as they play and explore.
