In general, I dismantled the piano, removed the motherboard, took it to acomputer workshop - they soldered it for 500s. The brokencomnnector is very flimsycompared to the new one, like all thecomponents inside - the cheapness of spare parts and the quality of the soldering are visible. There is also a place on the motherboard for an expression pedalcomnnector, but they did not install it there, saving $ 1 and so that we would buy more expensive models. In general, the piano is not bad, but I am disappointed with the yamahacompany. It's good that my main instrument is a 25-year-old KORG synthesizer.
