Bad description but good product. As others have said, you (I) got chrome, not powder black paint. In theory, this is a reverse bait and substitute. $20 discount! The description also says it's a single-wire oscillator, but it's a standard dual-field square-back oscillator. As with most aftermarket parts on Amazon, it's best to check the product's website. The generator itself is really good. I wanted black but chrome looks great. Comes with manually signed power test outputs. 76 amps at idle. Expensive but good upgrade for my 69 dart custom.
