At first I only left 3 stars because the lenses are a loose fit. However, the company contacted me personally to try to remedy my misfortune. This was the first time the company had personally contacted me to fix an issue with a product. For me it was impressive. We have come to a decision and I hope this is the solution I needed. I think any company trying to improve customer satisfaction is pretty cool.
