When I first received the pot, I washed the pot and the lid by hand and found that the rinsing water got between the glass and the metal of the lid is stuck. It took a day and a half to "vaporize". I spoke to Ninja support and showed them the problem and they said it was. So they won't be able to send me another cover because they will have the same problem. All they told me, after washing it, was to "use it immediately" by boiling something on the fire and the water would "evaporate" that way. How disgusting to know I have dishwater/soap in the lid while cooking. It could possibly drip into my food. It's just gross. I don't understand how this is acceptable to them.
