After reading the instructions, I cleaned the moistened area under my eyes and applied patches. As other reviewers have pointed out, it's difficult to position the product comfortably close to the lower lash line because the tape is so wide. I had to readjust a few times to try and get the microneedles close enough to the desired area to be able to close my eyes properly. I don't find the pins uncomfortable, they're more like the rough side of velcro. After leaving it on all night, my puffiness and dark circles were significantly reduced, but I noticed that the product barely absorbed into my skin. I figured my skin might be too dry to really melt the product, so I tried spritzing the hydrating serum onto my skin and then applying band-aids to my nasolabial folds and letting them sit for two hours while I worked . When I took them off the second time, the treatment still hadn't completely separated from the patch. These patches are quite expensive so I had to scrape the remaining product off the patch, moisten it with serum, turn it into a liquid paste and apply it to the rest of the face. I'll try spraying the patch with serum before removing the protective backing from the adhesive. Four stars for reasonable results under the eyes. Three stars for comfort thanks to the large adhesive strip. Two stars for the fact that the care "melts" on the skin.
