It took me longer to figure out how to get the old one back than installing the new one.
The instructions, which were in more languages than the Tower of Babel, included a web address that didn't work to get rid of the old waste toner bottle. It took me an hour to browse the Brother website to find out I could return it with no alteration and print out the shipping label. I don't understand why they didn't just put a label on the product like they do with toner cartridges!
