The software was easy to learn but hard to master with its flexibility giving me many options for different types of campaigns! It's very customizable so I can fit it into any sales channel or media campaign we are doing at our agency. There isn't anything that has been difficult about using this product over other products out there in the market place. Like all tools Sdr Engine will grow stale if you don't use it enough because they have not yet created an "off-ramp" from their platform. We were able to run targeted content towards specific customers/prospects via Facebook Live during client onboardings and post engagement through text messages as part of lead generation tactics.
