When buying a Soundbar in a store at 100 Leninsky Prospekt, the sellers did not check the goods, arguing that I have 14 days to check and return or exchange the goods. There was no fiber optic cable in the package, although this cable is listed on the manufacturer's website. At home, when checking, it was found: one. The subwoofer has a factory defect during assembly, in the corners, at the top and bottom, the decorative mesh does not fit snugly against the speaker body. 2. There is a gap between the decorative mesh and the body. 3. At the bottom of the subwoofer speaker, between the decorative mesh and the cabinet, a foreign object in the form of a piece of cloth protrudes. 4. The subwoofer cabinet is made of water-permeable chipboard, which is easy to absorb moisture. 5. Behind the ends of the case are not processed with an edge tape, which is a violation of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for goods for personal and household needs. On May 11, I wrote a complaint about the quality of the assembly to the director of the amazon store and to the name of Gen. Directors of LG Electronics, attaching photos of a factory assembly defect. At first he demanded a refund for goods of inadequate quality, then he changed the requirements to replace the subwoofer. He repeatedly duplicated his claims to both addresses. However, until now, both the store and LG Electronics, which generally kept silent, did not meet me halfway. The Pioneer service center, where I was told to contact in the store, retroactively and without my presence and my signature, issued a fake act, without inspecting the goods for an assembly defect.
