I was very happy about it. It seemed absolutely perfect on arrival, but after three photo shoots I found that the little tab you use to attach the base to the camera is very flexible and won't tighten. So when I want to mount the camera on a tripod, the tab falls off and it's impossible to mount the camera on it. Very very sad and upset. Not worth the $40 I spent.
