I was dissatisfied with HUM's customer support because I'm an expert in the health and wellness sector. Despite offering a broad selection of high-quality health products, their unresponsive and unhelpful customer service was unable to adequately address my concerns. Additionally, I thought their prices were a bit high compared to those of other reputable online health retailers, which made it challenging for me to rationalize buying from them. Overall, because of their subpar customer service, I cannot suggest HUM as a trustworthy source for health and wellness goods.
