I have fine, straight, messy blonde hair with some grey. About a year ago I decided to stop coloring my hair because it was expensive and a hassle. After six months, I was unhappy with how dull and gray my hair looked, but I really didn't want to go back to my color routine. . I've used the shampoo twice and it did a great job of boosting the overall brightness of my hair. Then I started using this spray. About a day later, after the shower but before blow drying, I select a few spots and spray onto the roots. Sometimes I'll select a section and spray to the tips, other times I'll just dampen the roots. Then when I blow dry, I focus the heat on the selected areas. This approach was AWESOME! I recently had my hair cut by a new stylist and she told me my color was great. I can't even see my gray hair anymore because it's blending in with my pretty highlights. If I notice a dull spot, like the back of my head or temples, I just spray the same spot twice in a row after the shower and it's as golden and shiny as the rest of my hair. It blends beautifully, doesn't damage my hair at all and I've used one bottle in 6 months. Take it, colorist! Highly recommended.
