10/31/17 I am reviewing 100 Organ Flat Shank 15x1 sewing needles in sizes #75/11 and #90/14. I just bought a used sewing machine and tested it with some small things that I needed to fix or mend. On the 3rd garment I sewed, frayed material got caught in the spool and pressure plate causing everything to buckle. As a result, my needle bent into the record and broke. There were no spare needles with the machine. I removed the pieces and could read that it was a 15x1 needle organ. Now I've done a light search on the internet, both in big stores and online. Can you see it, Revane threw the big magazine boxes out of the water. For the cost of 10 or 20 needles at the store I could buy 100! So I ordered one of each size #75/11 and #90/14 in 10 packs of 10 needles. Only 100 needles of each size. This should last a lifetime! lol One size #90/14 is for light to medium materials and the other is for medium to heavy materials, I think it's #75/11. So far the needles have fitted well and I have been able to complete all my small sewing projects. Hemming, fixing holes and resizing curtains. *** UPDATE *** 5/17/20 Many years have passed and I only had to replace 1 other needle. These hold up well. No problem going through the different materials I sewed. When I find that these needles fail somehow, I will definitely update again. I can't get enough of the purchase at the moment. lol One size #90/14 is for light to medium materials and the other is for medium to heavy materials, I think it's number 75/11.
