DO NOT BUY! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY.

They were fried, as soon as I tried to turn on my device I smelled a burning smell too. They burned two of my SATA cables and also one of my power supplies. The extra dollars you save by buying it aren't worth the black and yellow adapter cables unless you want to roll the dice, which fried and ruined the riser. STAY AWAY. Complete waste of money
