I received the item a week ago and it is still possible to return it. Was a gift I bought before my birthday. The device works but is not very stable. It beeps very loudly, then you vibrate a buzzer, but the electrical stimulation is too sensitive. The buttons will not reset, they will not be damaged, making it almost impossible to carry in hand with other items constantly touching the raised shock button, making it impossible for a dog to be accidentally electrocuted. Electricity at low 2/100 makes the pit bull scream like a terrible electric shock and it's at level 2. It goes up to 100. Raised buttons misfire constantly. Sunken keys would be better. I received this 2 weeks ago as a birthday gift that my wife bought just a month ago. I plan to buy another one but not this model.
