I use these pans for roasting chicken (thighs with skin and bones) and vegetables marinated in olive oil and various spices. Oven temperature 400 degrees, these pans eliminate that horrible smoke alarm I had when using a frying pan or glass casserole dish I'm grateful I bought a pack of 30 because although my friends told me I could put them in the dishwasher I prefer to crumple them up Use and throw away (I know, I know, lazy and wasteful, but that's just me).
