Very light. Cozy. I'm usually a 9 so ordered a 9, they are a little tight in the toes but hopefully they will loosen up a bit as I break them into the material, not too much. Today I wear them for the first time on a 12 hour shift in the hospital, I walk at night and they feel great. They don't have a soft pillow inside, although that would be a plus compared to others that have one. To update. This is my second time wearing them to work but they still hurt my toes, I will go back and increase the size by 1/2.
