I used this to make a magnesium "oil" which is just some of these flakes dissolved in water. I keep it in a spray bottle and use it daily for transdermal magnesium. I've noticed a difference in my bowel movements, my immune system and how well I sleep. I rub a little on my kids skin before I go to bed and it also helps them sleep better. My baby almost never rolls with it.
