Good sound but issues

What I liked:* The sound quality was good.* The ear cushions fit the face well.* I liked the custom 3D effect. What I didn't like: * Headset compresses too much. I wear a size "L" hat and it was on the verge of comfort. It wasn't bad enough to cause a headache, but it was close. * The headband is a little tight and hard, which makes it uncomfortable after long-term use. I had to constantly adjust the bandage on the top of my head. Granted, I'm bald, so there's nothing to soften it up. If you have thick hair this may not be a problem. * The microphone was too "flexible". He won't stay. * Power on/off beeps are REALLY loud. * I couldn't let them connect to the phone app to set them up. I ended up having to use a PC with the software downloaded.* The microphone sometimes didn't work in my conference app (Zoom on PC). Usually, unplugging/plugging the USB stick fixed the problem.* The artificial reverberation added to the 3D effect was too rich in the high frequencies for my liking. don't move your head I know it sounds weird but it's true. This is a well-known psychoacoustic effect: your brain expects a sound to move when your head moves. If this does not happen, your perception changes, causing the virtual image to collapse. So if you're watching a movie with a calm head, you'll probably enjoy it (and sound great). If you're playing on a big screen and you're moving your head (especially if you're turning from side to side), you probably don't care. For $150 these are 3 star headphones. If they cost less than 100€ I would give them 4 stars.
