Review on DRESSTELLS Vintage Tea Dress For Women - Perfect Cocktail Party, Church Or Work Dress by Victoria Smith

Pretty and conservative

I bought this for my boyfriend's graduation. I wanted something conservative since I'm meeting his grandparents for the first time (something I might also wear to church) and this is perfect for that. I got the raspberry color. It's duller than it is in the picture but I honestly don't mind too much. I'm a fairly short so the length was longer than it is in the pictures. It stops halfway down my shin. I generally don't like this length but I think it'll be fine with some heels. It doesn't look cheap and it doesn't feel cheap. The fabric is very breathable but it's not too thin. The only complaint I have is that I thought the bow was sewn on. It's just a sash and the fabric is a bit slippery and the sash moves around a little bit. The shape is very flattering especially since I'm busty. It accentuates my girls and slims my waist but the flared skirt aids in giving me a nice curvy figure without drawing attention to my love handles and hip dips.

Pros
  • Dress is so cute. But pattern is upside down.
Cons
  • The vintage style may not be versatile enough for multiple occasions
