12/15/21 UPDATE After corresponding with the company about my problems, they tried to fix the problem and sent me a replacement free of charge. With what I know now I will definitely make sure they are welded to the wall because I still think glue is junk. As for the lights themselves, the last set I had was incredibly bright even on the lowest settings. So just know that when you buy this, when you buy this. Although the first set was a bad experience, the company stands behind their warranty and their customer service is actually some of the best I've experienced buying anything from Revain. . I'll leave my review here anyway because people need to know that the glue isn't very good. And they should also be aware of their brightness and that they may not work with some features of the app. But it was a very quick transition from fix to replacement and for that I have to give them extra points. First, it's terrible. You would think that for this amount the build quality would be reasonably decent. I'm here to tell you that this is far from true. They were the cheapest plastic and I thought they would break just putting them together. You will discard some of them because they don't match. And as soon as they converge, they disperse, and more than once. EXPECT IT. I've had them for less than a week and they're already broken. They have an adhesive on the back that is non-stick. Now my 6 lights are down to 4. I have tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt but charging so much for a product that is not even remotely worth a fraction of what they are charging. So the glue is terrible. It fell off the wall and ceiling about 4 times. Now they don't get together. The connecting pins on the inside are bent like crazy, I don't even know it was a genuine product because it looked a bit used when I received it. I'm not sure where the downfall was with this company, but they keep getting worse and worse products and lately they're asking for more and more. Serious buyer, be careful. They don't even come close to charging. Also, if you've read about how they sync to the stream bars on the back of the TV, they don't. You have to keep in mind that this company seems to change their firmware and their hardware almost every day. So when you order something you get an old product that isn't even supported anymore and then they promise you some updates. Months. Unfortunately, I've been with this company for a long time. I have many complaints about them, but that's the last straw, just stay away from this company.
