They are very strong and can have a 0, Pick up 5 cm screw. I use them for something else. They reinforce the oscillating suspension so I couldn't push the bolt all the way through the beam. I am very confident that they will keep the hanger under hundreds of pounds for many years to come. I even bought a second set in case I need more. Great product for my purpose.
