How could such a bad product be made?

Don't waste your money on jabra

Some disadvantages 1. There is no 2022 representation. Problems cannot be solved. The described difficulties encountered through the form of the official website were left unanswered. A month has passed. 2. Even when walking, the headphones fall out, let alone run 3. Without the jabra sound + app, you can still use them as a headset.
