As shown on crampons

I was under the impression (from another review) that this would be easy to put on and take off. It took me 10 minutes the first time I held the shoe. They're very scratchy, would be good on hard ice, but going back and forth, from snow to tarmac, even with practice, they get tough on me. I had to sit down. If you are mobile and have a few inches of ice during your walk, this would be ideal.
