What I like most is that it has many functions, from product management/creation through order fulfillment; also very well organized as far its interface goes! Also their customer service response time for issues was really fast compared my expectations - they solved even before knowing what kind of issue we had at this point!! Not so much liked were how long does takes after an actual transaction request being logged until our support team can get back into action again once more info gets updated or changed by us internally.- Very hard sometimes when adding new options within one specific line item which may be out there but not yet visible due too some sorting mechanism used inside another option category where such selected items are already hidden behind something else (I believe). It helps reducing overall ordering cycle since no manual entries needed anymore upon updating certain data via internal workflow tools instead just simply pushing "Save changes" button whenever done making updates externally using online orders tool itself! I like that it is easy for me as an agent to use, and the customer can see what they are purchasing before making their decision. It also helps when there is something wrong with the product or if we need additional information from our client. Sometimes it takes longer than expected because of how complicated some items are. Try using this tool once! You will be glad you did! We have been able to give more accurate quotes to clients who want to purchase certain equipment.
