Bought this controller in January and was reasonably happy with it until the left analog stick just stopped working 4 months later. I don't handle my controller roughly, I take good care of my stuff and clean it regularly and also put it away neatly when I'm done with it. I live alone so nobody else uses it. However, after a while I could barely launch any of my games and felt like I was moving in slow motion while trying to use the analog stick. I cleaned the controller, turned off the joystick, calibrated, but nothing worked. I emailed PowerA and didn't hear anything for days and what's worse when you try to login to their site or create an account the link is broken and says the page doesn't exist. I had to contact PowerA on Twitter to finally get a response to my email. After receiving my information they said they would investigate and contact me. It was 3 weeks ago. I emailed them again to inquire about the status of my ticket but still haven't received anything. So much for a two-year warranty if they don't even offer support. To be honest I regret buying this controller and wish I had gone with the Elite, at least Microsoft has the backing. Also, trigger locks on this controller are not always recognized by games. On many games I've tried, changing the trigger lock for faster response doesn't register and can't be programmed to register through Xbox. All in all it's a waste of money and I don't recommend it.
