I got this backpack because another cat backpack I tried was too small for my cat and didn't seem to have good ventilation. I've also tried bags with a head hole for the cat to stick its head through, but my cat always seems to run away. With its mesh front, top and sides I thought this backpack would be perfect which seems to be for a cat but not for me. The straps are comfortable but the backpack is not. The backpack sits oddly high on my back with snug shoulder straps, meaning the bottom edge of the backpack and the edge of the floor mat dig into the middle of my back. I would take the mat off, but it provides basic support for the backpack, which is already sagging a bit under my cat's weight. There's a second strap weirdly under the chest strap and I can't figure out what it's for. It would be great if there was a waist belt for weight distribution, but on me it comes out at midriff level. Pros: - zippers fold - folds flat - lots of mesh for breathability - straps are stretchy and pretty good quality compared to other harnesses I've had - cat loves it Cons: - backpack bottom is uncomfortable on the back - placement of the bottom straps - the bottom sags a bit
