Review on High Performance Powermaster 17519 Single Pulley Alternator for Enhanced Efficiency by Charles Fowler

I haven't installed it in my car yet so I have to let you know about the performance of this thing. The downsides of this, as you can read in the title, is that the alternator in the picture is painted gloss black to match the look of my '69 318 engine. But it's actually a chrome case. It doesn't quite match the factory look of my V8; However, I will not return it because I am sure that its performance will make me evade the fact of the color. Now it's installed! It seems to merge with the brilliance that the turquoise engine exudes. I do not know! It's not as bad as I predicted. However, I would like the alternator housing to be painted gloss black as shown in the picture. Until now I have not turned on the engine due to the fact that something was wrong with the flywheel and the starter.
