We needed a radio that could run on batteries during a power outage and be big enough to be easy to find but not too big. This radio is exactly the size we wanted, has lots of stations and even has a little flashlight function. If you need a radio for everyday use, look for another radio as it doesn't come with a power adapter. It also has a start function, but we will use it with batteries.
