When rubbed into the skin, white flakes/granules appear.

When you rub it into your skin, white flakes/granules begin to form on your fingers mimicking dead skin cells. I tested this by pouring some onto wax paper and then rubbing some more wax paper over it. The same white "flakes" appeared with no skin involvement. I don't think it will peel off anything. Also, I still have coarse and dry skin.
