my dog hates him But that's the only reason I bought
The dog hates him. And me too, half the time. The biggest complaint is that it turns itself off automatically and I have to keep turning it back on. So it's hard to blame immediately when the fool has passed out. (And yes, smart @ssess, it's fully charged). However. It is effective which is why I gave it more than 1 star. My other dog was using it as a chew toy when she ripped it off her brother's neck. But it still works. (Licks, but keeps ticking).
