This product has everything I needed. I always buy and prefer instant mashed potatoes, but now that I'm in my 30s I'm more mindful of my diet, which means mashed cauliflower to minimize starches. It's so easy to make (just steam and puree) which is why I bought this product. (Homemade puree is MUCH cheaper, plus it freezes well so you can tie the knot right away.) This particular puree makes my cauliflower (plus some cheese, vegan butter, garlic, or whatever else I throw in). ) To the right. I'm sure it's easy enough to hand wash, but I just toss it in the dishwasher with a fancy dishwasher attachment like the Cascade Platinum, but versatile and great.
