This double ended peeler saves time and effort by going through long, skinny vegetables twice. I'm used to a single-sided cleaner, so this device felt a little strange at first, but I quickly got the hang of it. Clear instructions are included in addition to a picture on the box showing the procedure. Simply hold the peeler with your right hand, place the bottom of the vegetable horizontally in the two blades, press the blades against the vegetable, and then pull out from left to right (or bottom to top), and two Stripes are removed. Release the gripper and move it to the uncleaned area. Then repeat the process, moving around the perimeter of the vegetable. When the peeling is done, cut off both ends of the veggies and you're done. Peeler is suitable for both right- and left-handers - simply turn for left-handers.
