I bought a wireless backup camera from this company last year and installed it in my wife's car. It was just what she needed so she didn't have to turn around when reversing to see what was behind her. She liked it so much I decided to buy one for my minivan. The one I got was even better than the one she got. 1) easier to read instructions, 2) more complete instructions, 3) cooler packaging, 4) wire condiment clips (I need to buy something for her car), a better camera, and 5) stronger connections. All those upgrades and only $10 more was a great buy. Installation was easy with everything except connecting to my reverse lights. You can connect to the fuse box, but then the camera will light up when the car is on. I want the camera to turn on only when the car is reversing. That is, connect the wires of the reverse lamp to it. The problem isn't with the camera system, it's more of getting around and finding a place to connect once I get to the inside of the trunk lid. The wire splice terminals worked great and the system was up and running in just minutes after plugging it in. I would recommend this system 5 stars because 1) it's easy to install, 2) the system works well (my wife has been with us for a year), 3) when these people say they have customer service, they mean it serious. When I emailed them a question, I received a response within 20 minutes. It was incredible for me. and 4) the system works exactly as advertised.
