Nice design and minimal footprint. Several modifications were required to assemble the Thia Tower. One hole was not where it should have been, the way the step was attached was unreliable, the holes were missing in one area, the other holes for the platform were too big and the screws were too short to fit to install them as required. The design wasn't great, especially with the platform as the instructions require you to attach the platform to the cross braces, which is definitely not as strong as attaching to the side panels from a technical point of view, so we changed that as well. The company asks that you email them with any problems before leaving negative feedback, which I did and sent enough pictures to show the product was faulty, but they never responded. Overall I like the design but I would not recommend this product to friends. Unfortunately I can no longer sell stools to make the IKEA hack this product is based on. With modifications we got it working for us which eventually required putty and painting to cover the extra holes seen in the photos.
