Review on Aviditi by Dan Toliver

Because I make frequent purchases of office supplies, I was quite interested in trying Aviditi because they had such a diverse selection of products. However, the encounter left me feeling let down and frustrated. The envelopes and mailers that I was given were made of thin paper and had poor construction, which led to the things being damaged or lost while they were being shipped. Even the packaging materials were subpar, as evidenced by the broken boxes and mangled contents that arrived at their destination. When I attempted to remedy these concerns, their customer care was unresponsive and unhelpful, which made the situation much more frustrating. It's a shame since I had high hopes for this firm, but their terrible customer service and lax quality control have caused me to lose trust in them. I won't be coming back as a paying customer.
