Is this genuine O'Keefes hand cream?
The tubes arrived unwrapped with no safety seals inside or out. One cap was partially open and the tube dented, as it was shipped in a plastic shipping envelope. Some cream had leaked out. O'Keefes cream is generally excellent - haven't used any of this shipment yet. When I've purchased O'Keefes hand cream before, it always had a safety seal under the cap, over the tube opening. These tubes did not. Not sure I'll order this from Ebay again.
