Great Platform With Constant Improvement

I like that Lead Intelligence is a platform that is easy to use and is constantly being updated. The platform is easy to navigate and the team is constantly working to improve the platform. I like that Lead Intelligence is constantly working on their platform to improve and expand. I dislike that I have to use a third party to get in contact with them. I would recommend Lead Intelligence to anyone looking for a lead management platform that is easy to use and is constantly being updated.
Lead Intelligence has allowed us to manage our lead database in a way that is easy to use for our team. We have also been able to track our lead activity in a way that has allowed us to better understand our lead activity.

Ease when using multiple platforms at once.
Customer service/support provided via email or phone call as needed from an representative who can help resolve issues quickly without having too much back and forth communication between you, your account manager & reps within LBI support groups (internal)
Reporting features available which are helpful during monthly reviews by managers
