NOT NEW. - Steam mop

The box was opened and sealed with tape. You can tell the tape used wasn't even the original tape. Packages containing all parts have breaks because they were previously opened. The cleaning pads don't stick to the steam head at all as intended and it's leaking even before I turn the machine on. waste of money. I will definitely come again.
