For those who have never used this brand, yes, the foam is an odd greenish-brown color. Do not be afraid. I've been using it for several years now and always great results. I have very pale skin and I usually tan before a trip (remember when we drove?). It will NOT make you look like a carrot, it will only make you beautiful and tanned. I switched to Express Tan and I really like it. I accidentally left it 4 hours before rinsing (they say 3 max). but the color is not super dark or fancy. It is very nice! Here's my Welsh glow-white skin and tanned leg in just 1 application. See I need all the help I can get! It says that after washing off the tan appears within 8 hours, so that's me the next day. It's so easy to apply and dries faster than St Tropez I've used before. And it smells a lot better. i like the smell receive a GLOVE. I have one of the previous ones and it looks so smooth, no weird lines or white spots. You can even end up going over the elbows and knees for even coverage without weird brown knuckles. Achieving a good result is NOT difficult and does not depend on technique. I also used a travel spray tan and that whole bottle is worth 1 or 2 mystic tans. I'm so freaking pale I LOVE how good it feels to have a nice tan skin y'all.
