I used it once and the stitching came out of part of the bag, I didn't use it right after receiving it so I don't think I can return it so ' I'll try it repair it myself but I hate that I have to do this with a brand new wallet. It's an amazing bag that I've received many compliments on, it's similar to the more expensive bags I've had in the past with eight legs and a light chain weight. I really wanted to be completely satisfied, it's quite small so beware it won't even fit in what fits in my other small purses. Update: I'm eligible for a return so I'm exchanging it and hoping the seam problem doesn't happen again, but I'll update again after using it for a while.
