I was very surprised by these headphones, the sound is just fantastic for such a price. Reason for buying this is because they looked like my old Shure SE215s and I needed something with killer sound quality for working out and cooking and something that might work when rehearsing on a drum set. The highs and lows are amazing, but I had to boost the mids in Spotify's EQ to get decent mids. Overall, the sound is crystal clear, the noise cancellation is there. I think it's mainly hoping that your ears will fit the three sizes listed, but they could do with some improvement. All in all, these are the best headphones I've ever bought for $20. Like I said, they look like a cheap version of the Shure SE215 and they're $100 headphones. They may not have the same longevity as the Shure over time, but we'll see, at an unbeatable price!
