These mats are smaller than the original Cricut mats!

Original Cricut mat measures exactly 14" x 13". The stitching area of this rug is about 1/2 inch closer to the top than the original rug. This difference will cause your vinyl to be misaligned. The normal width of a mat is exactly 13 inches, all 6 of these mats are about 1/4 inch smaller than regular sheets. When you load it into Cricut, the "L" shaped mat guides touch the sheet on one side and the mat lags 1/4" behind the other side. This allows the mats to twist slightly when cut, resulting in a wrong cut.Sure, you'll save money buying this, but you're sending it back to Amazon the first time you try to use it to carve a project.
