Defective Office Products

I have ordered these before and they have worked great. I bought a few in advance and today I swapped out the new carriages for the old ones and now my printer isn't working. It doesn't read them and recognizes cartridges as low even if they're brand new and clean. I even thought it was a printer but after a few hours on the phone with Epson I was told that these are indeed your ink cartridges. Kinddda Lowkey is angry now.
